    Thank you for your interest in submitting a proposal for the Elevate AP Conference! This event will take place 18-19 November in Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

    To submit a proposal, please complete this form and include a brief 100-word session description, learning objective(s), and a video. 

    Videos should be 1-3 minutes in length, include a brief summary of your idea and list practical takeaways for the audience. 

    The author of this proposal and co-presenter(s), if any, must be in the video. 

    Feel free to use a cell phone, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or any other platform to record your video. You will be judged only on the content of the video and not the medium you use to create it.

    Submitting a proposal with a co-presenter is not required, however if you do, please collaborate with someone from another institution as we will not accept two speakers from the same school.

    • Case studies are powerful tools, but are they keeping pace with change? Explore how institutions are developing case materials that reflect local realities, diverse voices, and emerging industries. Discuss how multimedia, AI tools, and student-led initiatives are transforming case-based learning into a dynamic, inclusive, and agile platform for relevance.
