    Thank you for your interest in submitting a proposal for the Elevate EMEA Conference! This event will take place 26-27 November in Sevilla, Spain. 

    To submit a proposal, please complete this form and include a brief 100-word session description, learning objective(s), and a video. 

    Videos should be 1-3 minutes in length, include a brief summary of your idea and list practical takeaways for the audience. 

    The author of this proposal and co-presenter(s), if any, must be in the video. 

    Feel free to use a cell phone, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or any other platform to record your video. You will be judged only on the content of the video and not the medium you use to create it.

    Submitting a proposal with a co-presenter is not required, however if you do, please collaborate with someone from another institution as we will not accept two speakers from the same school.

    • Demonstrate one AI tool and how it is being used to improve teaching, learning, research, operations, or student engagement. Detail the implementation process, measurable outcomes, lessons learned, and challenges overcome.
    • Best practices for navigating the accreditation process including managing multiple accreditations, strategies for measuring and reporting on societal impact; AoL & assessment; perspectives from Peer Review Team. Proposals that quantify impact (e.g., carbon tonnes avoided, number of community SMEs served) are encouraged.
    • Latest trends - teaching methodologies and technologies; teaching and learning focused sessions (experiential learning, interdisciplinary collaboration); Co-presentations with industry, students, and global partners are encouraged.
    • Scenario planning and risk management; Diversifying student pipelines; navigating policy and visa changes affecting mobility; building virtual and transnational programs that reduce geopolitical risk exposure; Financial models for institutions facing declining international enrollment.
    • Fostering international partnerships and collaborations; emerging data and trends in student and faculty mobility across regions, best practices for student / faculty recruitment, retention, and cross-border collaborations in light of global instability.
    • With shifting enrollments, constrained resources, and geopolitical uncertainties, financial resiliency is more important than ever. 
      • Explore diversified revenue models and strategies for managing volatility. 
      • Share institutional models that balance mission with market sustainability. 
      • Highlight adaptive budgeting, staffing models, and infrastructure planning that future-proof operations. 
    • With 2030 fast approaching, business schools face a narrowing window to contribute meaningfully to the UN Sustainable Development Goals.  
      • Showcase initiatives embedding SDGs into curriculum, research, community engagement, or institutional strategy.
      • Share models for interdisciplinary collaboration, partnerships, or cross-sector engagement driving real-world change.
      • Explore how business schools are tracking progress, aligning incentives, and preparing graduates to lead in a world shaped by sustainability challenges. 
      • Address barriers to impact and how your school is overcoming inertia or complexity to drive urgent transformation. 
      • Emphasize the importance of quantifying outcomes (e.g., carbon savings, communities served) to support accountability and accelerate meaningful change. 
    • Business schools must foster skills that prepare students for adaptive, resilient, and meaningful careers. 
      • Showcase how schools are embedding human-centered skills (e.g., empathy, collaboration, adaptability) into curricula, advising, and coaching. 
      • Highlight frameworks for social-emotional development and self-reflection tied to student success. 
      • Explore partnerships between career services, faculty, and employers that emphasize values-driven leadership and lifelong learning. 
    • Business schools are moving from conversation to implementation in building inclusive cultures and classrooms. 
      • Showcase initiatives that foster belonging across faculty, staff, and students.

      • Showcase how your school is using digital tools, including AI-powered platforms, analytics, and automation, to enhance outreach and engagement. 
      • Explore strategies for brand storytelling, positioning, and differentiation in saturated markets. 
      • Share lessons from campaigns targeting diverse audiences, including international students, corporate partners, and alumni. 
      • Discuss how marketing and communications teams are collaborating across departments to align messaging with mission and impact. 
    • Highlight innovative use of case methodology to support inclusive, practical, and high-engagement learning. 
    • Discuss strategies for sourcing, adapting, or creating relevant cases that reflect diverse contexts and disciplines. 
    • Examine new models of delivery, including AI-assisted case development, open-access licensing, or student-generated cases
